Prime and Beyond, established in 2003, is a family owned steak house that has been serving exquisite USDA Prime Steaks in Tri-State area with its profound reputation. Initiating from its first establishment in Fort Lee, NJ, Prime and Beyond has extended its service to New York City, launching its second location in downtown East Village, New York City in 2011. The specially hand selected meats by the butcher are dry aged up to 8 weeks in temperature and humidity controlled refrigeration unit located within the premise of the restaurant itself. To prove Prime and Beyond’s long term attribution to high-end quality, taste, service and overall reputation, Prime and Beyond was featured in Food Network, explicitly in ‘Steak War with Chef Rahm Fama.’
